Respected Chairman and Directors of Tanzimul Ummah Hifz Madrasa, honorable teachers, respected parents and guardians, distinguished guests, dear students, ladies and gentlemen—
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh.
It is indeed a great honor and a matter of immense pleasure for me to be present here today as the Chief Guest at the Annual Prize-Giving Ceremony of Tanzimul Ummah Hifz Madrasa, Khulna Branch.
I would like to begin by expressing my heartfelt congratulations to all the students who have achieved success in Hifz, academic studies, and various activities. I also congratulate their parents, teachers, and the entire management of this institution for their sincere efforts and dedication.
Dear students,
Today is not simply a day for receiving prizes and certificates. It is a day to recognize hard work, discipline, perseverance and achievement.
The Holy Qur’an is the greatest treasure of the Muslim Ummah. To memorize the Qur’an is a tremendous blessing and a great responsibility. A Hafiz is not merely someone who carries the Qur’an in his memory; rather, a true Hafiz should carry the teachings of the Qur’an in his heart, character and actions.
Allah Almighty says in the Holy Qur’an:
“Indeed, this Qur’an guides to that which is most upright.”
Therefore, dear students, make the Qur’an the guiding light of your lives. Let the Qur’an teach you honesty, humility, patience, kindness, discipline and respect for others.
At the same time, I strongly believe that religious education and modern education should complement each other.
The Hafiz of today should be a person of knowledge, character and vision. You should study the Qur’an and Hadith, but you should also develop your knowledge of science, technology, mathematics, languages and other fields of modern education.
Our country needs young people who possess both strong faith and strong knowledge—young people who can contribute to the development of Bangladesh while remaining firmly connected to their Islamic values.
Dear parents,
I would like to sincerely appreciate your sacrifices and commitment. The education of a child is a shared responsibility between the family and the institution. Your encouragement, supervision, love and prayers play a vital role in shaping the future of your children.
I also extend my deepest appreciation to the teachers of Tanzimul Ummah Hifz Madrasa. Teaching the Qur’an and nurturing young minds is a noble mission. Your dedication today will, Insha’Allah, produce responsible citizens, scholars and leaders tomorrow.
Dear prize winners,
I congratulate each and every one of you. But always remember: the greatest achievement is not receiving a prize; the greatest achievement is becoming a good human being.
Do not allow success to make you arrogant. Let success make you more humble, grateful and responsible.
And to those students who could not receive a prize today, I want to say one thing:
Do not be disappointed.
A prize is only a recognition of today’s performance. Your future is still in your hands. Work harder, learn from your mistakes, listen to your teachers, respect your parents, and never give up.
Remember:
“Success is not achieved in a single day; it is built through small efforts repeated every day.”
Dear students,
Your parents have dreams for you. Your teachers have hopes for you. Your institution has a vision for you. And our nation is waiting for a generation that will lead with knowledge, integrity, compassion and courage.
So, dream big—but remain humble.
Learn more—but remain sincere.
Achieve success—but never forget Allah.
I hope Tanzimul Ummah Hifz Madrasa will continue to play a significant role in producing a generation of Huffaz, scholars, professionals and responsible citizens who will serve Islam, humanity and the country.
Finally, I would like to congratulate all the prize winners, their parents, teachers and the management of this institution.
May Allah Almighty bless this madrasa, accept the efforts of its teachers, protect and guide its students, and make the Holy Qur’an the light of their hearts and the source of success in this world and the Hereafter.
May Allah grant our children beneficial knowledge, excellent character, strong faith and a bright future.
